About PARALLAX

Controversial questions deserve better than reflexive belief or reflexive dismissal.

PARALLAX is an independent inquiry project focused on controversial, disputed, overlooked, extraordinary, and unresolved claims. It is designed for readers who want the strongest available evidence, source quality, competing interpretations, and unresolved questions in one place.

What it is

An investigation archive.

PARALLAX starts with questions, not conclusions. Each case aims to collect primary sources, distinguish observation from interpretation, present serious competing explanations, and publish a visible state of evidence.

The project is independent in method: neither mainstream nor alternative explanations receive automatic credibility.

What it is not

No ideology required.

  • Not a conspiracy site.
  • Not a debunking site.
  • Not a political advocacy platform.
  • Not an anti-government project.
  • Not a conventional-authority defense site.
  • Not a personality-centered movement.

Reader agency

The point is independent thought.

A PARALLAX report may publish a state-of-evidence assessment, but it does not require agreement. The reader should be able to inspect the source trail, compare interpretations, see uncertainty, and decide what they think.
