PARALLAX does not silently rewrite substantive findings. Material corrections, interpretation updates, source removals, reopened cases, and methodology changes should remain publicly traceable.

Policy

What gets logged.

Minor grammar or formatting fixes do not require a public correction record. Substantive factual, sourcing, methodological, or interpretive changes do.

  • Date of correction.
  • Page or case affected.
  • Original claim or wording.
  • Updated claim or wording.
  • Reason for the change.
  • Supporting source.
