Epstein 2008 convictions, the developed law-enforcement record, survivor accounts, compensation claims, and Maxwell jury conviction establish a recurring abuse and recruitment system. The 2019 indictment added serious allegations that were never tried. The record supports a network; it does not convert every contact, passenger, employee, or visitor into a participant.

Recruitment, scheduling, transport, property operation, money movement, and abuse are different roles. Evidence of one role cannot silently become evidence of another.

Maxwell conviction establishes one criminal collaborator. It does not prove that every person who met Epstein was a customer of abuse or knew about it.

What the 2019 indictment can carry

The indictment shows what federal prosecutors were prepared to allege and identifies a charging theory. Because Epstein died before trial, PARALLAX does not label those counts convictions.
