What testimony establishes
Testimony establishes that identified people made specified statements in a formal public setting. Firsthand encounter testimony can be direct evidence of what a witness perceived. Program allegations based on conversations or inaccessible records remain leads until independently corroborated.
Two equal errors
Categorically dismissing sworn testimony ignores a legitimate evidence channel. Treating oath, rank, or clearance as a substitute for inspectable evidence commits authority substitution. Each claim must be traced to direct access, documents, material, and corroboration.
